DARSONVALIZATION
Darsonvalization is a therapeutic treatment using pulsed alternating sinusoidal current of high frequency (100–450, usually 110 kHz), high voltage (10–20 kV) and low power (0.02 mA, in amplitude – up to 10–15 mA).

При местной дарсонвализации используют стеклянные электроды различной формы, заполненные разреженным воздухом или инертным газом. В основе индуцированных биохимических процессов в клетках и тканях лежат колебательные движения электрически активных элементов (ионов, электронов, диполей белково-коллоидных структур), что создает переменные потенциалы, эффект электронной и ионной поляризации (осцилляторное действие). При подаче импульсов (около 50 раз в 1 с) между электродом и кожей образуется тихий или искровой разряд, что клинически проявляется раздражающим или прижигающим эффектом. Через рецепторы кожи и слизистых оболочек инициируются позитивные сдвиги со стороны вегетативной сферы, расширяются периферические артерии с одновременным повышением тонуса вен, что ведет к улучшению крово- и лимфообращения, трофики тканей, стимуляции процессов репарации, рассасыванию воспалительных отеков и инфильтратов, в том числе после операций; уменьшается также боль, чувство зуда, снижается патологический тонус гладких мышц, нормализуется функция сальных желез, наблюдается дерматологический эффект. Дарсонвализацией часто завершают косметологические процедуры (чистки, массаж лица и др.). Метод применяют в косметологии и самостоятельно для электромассажа кожи лица и шеи при ее дряблости, вялости.

МИКРОТОКОВАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ
Микротоки представляют собой модулированные импульсами электрические токи сверхмалой амплитуды с частотой определенной частотой. Принципиальное отличие микротоков состоит в их свободном проникновении в клетки организма и нормализации биохимических процессов. The BASIC GD2 microcurrent therapy device is an electric current generator with preset current strength and frequency characteristics, equipped with electrodes and a built-in microprocessor. The device is monopolar: it has one working electrode and one contact electrode. The device’s metal and adhesive electrodes are shaped like a droplet and a roller, making it convenient to perform treatments on both the face and the periorbital area.
