The BIO PLUS ULTHRA 3 utilizes HIFU (HIGH FRIQUENTLT ULTHRASOUND) technology – high-frequency ultrasound that, when interacting with biological tissue, can cause short-term heating of the subcutaneous layer up to 65-75 degrees Celsius. The 1.5mm cartridge targets the lower epidermal layer and rejuvenates the epidermis, provides lifting, and eliminates superficial and deep wrinkles.
The 3mm cartridge works at the deep dermis level, promoting skin lifting and dermal renewal, helping to restore stretched collagen and elastin fibers and smooth the skin’s framework. It reduces deep wrinkles and evens out skin texture.
The 4.5mm cartridge targets the SMAS layer. The SMAS layer (Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System) is a kind of “framework” whose condition determines the presence of a “double chin,” “bulldog cheeks,” and deep facial folds. A highly focused ultrasound wave stimulates lifting by reducing the area of stretched structural elements and renewing the SMAS layer tissue, resulting in a soft tissue tightening effect.
